As the team lead for UX/UI design, I brought LoanCenter.com out of the last decade and helped transform it into a refreshed look that is easy to navigate. This full scale redesign included both desktop and mobile design versions and took the work of multiple departments over several months to bring to fruition.

UX/UI case study for a mobile app redesign
As the project lead for UX/UI design, I took the MyAccount mobile from an old-fashioned, basic payment app, to a fully functional finance app. I worked closely with multiple departments from Customer Service to the Development team to discover opportunities for improvement and implement the improved design.
